Return Policy

All purchases from Sorab & Roshi and sorabandroshi.com can only be exchanged or issued a store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. All exchanges must be in the original condition with no sign of wear or damage and must be accompanied with the original packaging and sales receipt. Sorab & Roshi does not offer refunds for purchases from our boutique or web store.

Please note , custom-ordered pieces are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized.....) cannot be returned or exchanged.
